This makes the Thorcat - Cobra a 100% legal exhaust system. The EC / ABE certification is valid for unmodified stock bikes, for the specific models and model years as mentioned in the product description. Like all Speedsters, the 909's will benefit from the extra performance the PowerPort crossover system offers, without becoming obviously visible.
