Shipping Area

Bobber Center ships products to Hungary and to additional countries selectable in the online store. Available shipping countries and shipping methods are displayed during the checkout process.

Shipping Methods

Depending on the destination country, ordered products may be delivered by courier service, parcel point pickup, or delivery to a parcel locker. Currently available shipping options are displayed during the ordering process.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees may depend on: the destination country; the value of the order; the size and weight of the package; the selected shipping method. The final shipping cost is always displayed before the order is finalized.

Processing Time

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time depends on product availability, the destination country, and the shipping service provider. Delivery times displayed on the website and during the ordering process are for informational purposes only and do not constitute guaranteed delivery deadlines.

Delivery times may be affected by, among other things: seasonal workloads; courier service delays; customs clearance procedures; force majeure events; other circumstances beyond Bobber Center's control.

Delivery in Multiple Packages

In certain cases, an order may be delivered in multiple packages or at different times, particularly when the ordered products are shipped from different warehouses or suppliers.

Receiving the Package

Please inspect the package upon receipt. If the package appears damaged, please, if possible, request a damage report in the presence of the courier and contact us without delay.

Failed Delivery

If delivery fails due to reasons attributable to the customer and the package is returned to Bobber Center, we reserve the right to charge the cost of redelivery.

Transfer of Risk

For customers qualifying as consumers, the risk of loss or damage to the product passes to the customer when the customer, or a third party designated by the customer other than the carrier, takes possession of the product.
