2. Scope of the GTC

These General Terms and Conditions govern the terms of purchase in the Bobber Center webshop. By using the website and placing an order, the customer accepts the provisions of these GTC. Contracts concluded in the webshop are considered electronically concluded contracts.

3. Products

Bobber Center sells motorcycle parts, motorcycle equipment, apparel, helmets, accessories, and related products. Product photos may be illustrative. Manufacturers reserve the right to modify technical parameters without prior notice. Compatibility information on the website is for informational purposes only. It is the customer's responsibility to verify that the selected part is suitable for their vehicle.

4. Order Process

The customer places the products in the shopping cart and then provides the necessary data. Submitting an order constitutes a binding offer with payment obligation. The automatic confirmation email only confirms receipt of the order. The sales contract is concluded upon Bobber Center's separate acceptance confirmation.

5. Prices

The prices displayed in the webshop are shown in the currency selected by the customer. Bobber Center is a tax-exempt business, therefore prices do not include value-added tax (VAT). The prices are final consumer prices. If the prices on the website are displayed in the currency chosen by the customer, the conversion is for informational purposes only, and the exchange rate applied during payment, or by the payment service provider or card issuer, may differ. Shipping costs are shown separately during the checkout process before the order is finalized. In the event of an obvious pricing error, technical error, or system error, Bobber Center reserves the right to reject or cancel the order. In such a case, the customer will be notified immediately, and any already paid amount will be fully refunded.

6. Payment

Payment methods available in the webshop:

7. Delivery

Ordered products are delivered by courier service. During the ordering process, the customer can choose between home delivery, parcel locker pickup, or delivery to a parcel machine, provided that the given delivery method is available in the specific country or region. The estimated delivery time is indicated on the product page and during the ordering process. The stated delivery times are approximate and may be affected by the operations of delivery partners, customs clearance procedures, and other circumstances beyond Bobber Center's control. For customers who qualify as consumers, the risk of damage to the product transfers to the customer or a third party designated by them, other than the carrier, upon receipt of the product.

8. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers are entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal without stating reasons, in accordance with Government Decree 45/2014. (II.26.). The customer can submit their declaration of withdrawal via email or in writing. In case of withdrawal, Bobber Center will refund the purchase price within the legal deadline. The direct cost of returning the product is borne by the customer. 9. Warranty for Defects, Product Warranty, Guarantee

Consumers are entitled to the warranty rights specified in the Civil Code and the relevant consumer protection laws. For products for which the law prescribes a mandatory guarantee, Bobber Center provides the statutory guarantee. 10. Complaint Handling

Complaints can be submitted in writing to: shop (at) bobbercenter (dot) hu. Bobber Center will investigate and respond to complaints in accordance with relevant laws.

11. Intellectual Property and Copyrights

All content on the website is the property of Bobber Center or its partners. Content may not be used for commercial purposes without prior written permission. All content on the www.bobbercenter.hu website – including, in particular, the name Bobber Center, logos, corporate identity elements, texts, product descriptions, photographs, graphics, videos, databases, and other content – is protected by copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights. Any copying, downloading, reproduction, modification, re-publication, distribution, or commercial use of the website's content without the prior written permission of Bobber Center is prohibited. Manufacturer logos, brand names, product photos, and trademarks displayed on the website are the property of their respective owners and serve solely to identify the products concerned. Bobber Center reserves all copyrights and intellectual property rights related to the content of the website.

12. Prohibited Use

Use of the website is prohibited:

• for unlawful purposes;
• to disrupt the operation of the system;

• to distribute malicious code;
• to infringe the rights of others.

13. Data Protection

The processing of personal data is governed by the provisions of the Privacy Policy.

14. Liability

Bobber Center is not responsible for service outages, technical errors, or force majeure events occurring due to reasons beyond its control. These provisions do not limit the rights of consumers under the law.

15. Governing Law

These GTC are governed by Hungarian law.

16. Amendment of the GTC

Bobber Center is entitled to amend these GTC. Amendments come into effect upon their publication on the website.
