Returns, Refunds and Right of Withdrawal Policy
Returns
We offer a 14-day return period. This means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn, unused, free from signs of use, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the invoice or other proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if: the item is defective; the item is damaged; you received the wrong item; or your order is incomplete. We will evaluate the issue and take the appropriate corrective action.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of products cannot be returned, including: perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants); custom-made or personalized products; personal care and hygiene products; hazardous materials; flammable liquids; gases. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned. If you are unsure whether a specific item is eligible for return, please contact us before making a purchase.
Diminished Value of Returned Products
Customers are liable only for any diminished value of a product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item.
If a returned product shows signs of use, is damaged, incomplete, dirty, or missing accessories, packaging, manuals, or documentation, Bobber Center reserves the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the diminished value of the product from the refund. The amount of any deduction will be determined individually based on: the condition of the returned product; the nature and extent of any damage; missing parts, accessories, packaging, or documentation; the impact on the product's ability to be resold. Upon request, Bobber Center will provide information regarding the basis and calculation of any deduction applied.
Exchanges
The fastest way to obtain a different item is to return the original product and place a new order once the return has been accepted.
European Union Right of Withdrawal
For orders delivered within the European Union, consumers have the legal right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods without providing any reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us within the withdrawal period and return the item in accordance with the return conditions described above. The item must be returned: in its original condition; unused and unworn; with all tags attached; in its original packaging; and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned item and inform you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 calendar days within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return, whichever occurs first. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank, credit card provider, or payment service provider to process and post the refund to your account.
