2. Scope of the GTC

These General Terms and Conditions govern the conditions of purchases made in the Bobber Center online store. By using the website and placing an order, the customer accepts the provisions of these GTC. Contracts concluded in the online store are considered electronically concluded contracts.

3. Products

Bobber Center sells motorcycle parts, motorcycle equipment, clothing products, helmets, accessories, and related products. Product photos may be illustrations. Manufacturers reserve the right to modify technical specifications without prior notice. Compatibility information displayed on the website is for informational purposes only. It is the customer's responsibility to verify that the selected part is suitable for their vehicle.

4. Ordering Process

The customer places products in the shopping cart and then provides the required information. Submitting an order constitutes an offer involving a payment obligation. The automatic confirmation e-mail only confirms receipt of the order. The sales contract is concluded upon Bobber Center's separate acceptance confirmation.

5. Prices

The prices displayed in the online store are shown in the currency selected by the customer. Bobber Center is a VAT-exempt business entity; therefore, prices do not include value-added tax (VAT). Prices are final consumer prices. If prices are displayed in the currency chosen by the customer, the conversion is for informational purposes only, and the exchange rate applied during payment, as well as the rate applied by the payment service provider or card issuer, may differ. Shipping costs are displayed separately during the checkout process before the order is finalized. In the event of an obvious pricing error, technical error, or system error, Bobber Center reserves the right to reject or cancel the order. In such cases, the customer will be notified without delay and any amount already paid will be refunded in full.

6. Payment

The following payment methods are available in the online store:

  • credit/debit card
  • bank transfer
  • cash on delivery
  • other indicated payment methods

7. Delivery

Ordered products are delivered by courier service. During the ordering process, the customer may choose between home delivery, parcel point pickup, or delivery to a parcel locker, provided that the selected delivery method is available in the relevant country or region. The expected delivery time is indicated on the product page and during the ordering process. The stated delivery times are for informational purposes only and may be affected by the operation of delivery partners, customs clearance procedures, and other circumstances beyond Bobber Center's control. For customers qualifying as consumers, the risk of loss or damage passes to the customer, or to a third party designated by the customer other than the carrier, upon receipt of the product.

8. Right of Withdrawal

9. Warranty for Defects, Product Warranty, and Guarantee

10. Complaint Handling

Complaints may be submitted in writing: shop (at) bobbercenter (dot) hu. Bobber Center will investigate and respond to complaints in accordance with the applicable legal regulations.

11. Intellectual Property and Copyright

All content available on the website is the property of Bobber Center or its partners. Content may not be used for commercial purposes without prior written permission. All content found on the www.bobbercenter.hu website – including, in particular, the Bobber Center name, logos, branding elements, texts, product descriptions, photographs, graphics, videos, databases, and other content – is protected by copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights. Any copying, downloading, reproduction, modification, republication, distribution, or commercial use of website content without the prior written consent of Bobber Center is prohibited. Manufacturer logos, brand names, product photographs, and trademarks displayed on the website are the property of their respective owners and are used solely for the identification of the relevant products. Bobber Center reserves all copyright and intellectual property rights related to the website content.

12. Prohibited Use

It is prohibited to use the website:

  • for unlawful purposes;
  • to disrupt the operation of the system;
  • for automated data collection;
  • to distribute malicious code;
  • to violate the rights of others.

13. Data Protection

The processing of personal data is governed by the provisions of the Privacy Notice.

14. Liability

Bobber Center shall not be liable for service interruptions, technical errors, or force majeure events arising from causes beyond its control. These provisions do not limit the statutory rights granted to consumers.

15. Governing Law

These GTC shall be governed by the laws of Hungary.

16. Amendment of the GTC

Bobber Center reserves the right to amend these GTC. Amendments become effective upon publication on the website.
