Natural finish with fekete painted cylinders. Engine comes with a cast cam dekli, forged 3-5/8 big bore pistons és teljes with a Super E karburátoruretor kit, an S&S Super Stock ignition rendszer és 3 5/8" x 4-1/2" stroke. This Alternator/Generator motorblokk, is basically an Early Shovel motorblokk on the right side, with all generator és timer drive gears. Engines come with a special reverse ignition timer drive gear so they can be used with late, 70-99 stílus, ignition rendszerek since these drive in the opposite direction. With its late Shovel bal side crankcase the more modern és dependable 70-84 stílus alternator charging rendszer can be used. If a generator is not used it is an excellent place to install a spin-on olajszűrő. Another advantage, all 70-up 4-sebességes, 5 or even 6-sebességes váltós, can be run. Note: All S&S Shovelhead motorblokks contain an Evolution stílus camshaft és tappets.
